The studio has become the first game development studio in Latin America with a certified agile methodology Buenos Aires, Argentina - December 10th, 2008 - Three Melons is proud to announce that it has become the first game development studio in Latin America to certify processes under ISO 9001. Three Melons’ co-founder and Technology Orchestrator, Patricio Jutard led the effort that involved external consultants and the coordination of the 35 team members. “Since our launch we’ve embraced SCRUM because we believe in teamwork and agility. When it came to planning the certification, we had to iterate several times with our consultants in order to define the correct repeatable process that wouldn’t make us rigid,” said Jutard. “We know that high quality processes and methodology lead to high quality games, so we are very excited about our future productions.” About Three Melons Three Melons is a game studio that develops online games on free-to-play business models, both with original IP and well-established third party properties.
